When purchasing a knitting pattern / PDF file from Lina Løvdal Design, you will receive a link to your PDF file on the thank you page after payment, in addition to a link via e-mail that lasts for 30 days.
Therefore, be sure to enter the correct email address in the order. The PDF file can be downloaded and should be stored safely on your own device, it is also possible to print the recipe.
Knitting patterns are intellectual property, and are subject to the Copyright Act . The knitting patterns are for private use only. The recipes must not be copied, resold or shared in any other way - if sharing or resale takes place, this is a violation of the law and is punishable.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS
The customer is responsible for adding the correct product to the shopping cart when a purchase is completed.
You do not have the right to withdraw from PDF files purchased from the website ("Right of Withdrawal Act Chapter 6 § 22 - see Lovdata)
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ON PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason for this. You will get all your money back if the goods have not been used or have been damaged during this time. Returns must be agreed with us by email ( linalovdaldesign@gmail.com ). According to the Right of Withdrawal Act, you must cover the shipping cost on return. Right of withdrawal form and detailed information about the right of withdrawal is attached to your invoice when the sale is completed.

EXCHANGE
We are helpful if you want to exchange an item. Shipping must be paid by the customer (on return and shipment of new item). Send us an email at linalovdaldesign@gmail.com , and we will find a solution that works for you.
